Skanska renovates healthcare facility in New York, USA, for USD 52M, about SEK 520M
Skanska has signed a contract to renovate a healthcare facility in New York, New York, USA. The contract is worth USD 52M, about SEK 520M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2022.
The project scope is a multiphase renovation that will provide new offices, common spaces, laboratories and upgraded infrastructure and HVAC systems that will improve the health and well-being of the local community.
Construction is underway and is scheduled for completion May 2025.
