Skanska divests the office building Parallell in Oslo, Norway, for NOK 633M, about SEK 630M

Skanska has divested the office building Parallell in Oslo, Norway for NOK 633M, about SEK 630M. The buyer is Malling Core Plus 2023 AS. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the third quarter 2024. Transfer of ownership is scheduled for August 2024.

Parallell is a high-quality office building designed to provide maximum use of daylight combined with efficient and flexible floor plans. The building of approximately 19,000 square meters is 65 percent let. Tenants include Bravida, Norsk Gjenvinning and SAJA Flex. Parallell is developed and built by Skanska and was completed in 2020.

Parallell will be certified according to BREEAM-NOR Excellent. Strict environmental requirements have been set for the building throughout its life cycle, including limited use of chemicals, recycling of materials and energy-efficient solutions. The building has a dedicated focus on the well-being and health of its users and will also be health-certified to WELL Core Gold.
