Skanska renovates office building in Oslo, Norway, for NOK 451M, about SEK 450M

Skanska has signed contract with Nordea Liv Eiendom AS for the renovation of their office building Rådhuspassasjen downtown Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 451M, about SEK 450M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter of 2024.

The building is located close to the Townhall in Oslo. The project is about 10,000 square meters and consists of both demolition, renovation and new build. The project has ambitious climate goals and is aiming for BREAAM NOR-certification, level Excellent.

Construction work is underway and will be completed in August 2026.
