The office building will be seven stories high with a gross area of 11,100 square meters. There will be flexible and surface-efficient premises as well as an atrium in the middle of the building which will form a natural meeting place. The assignment also includes preparing an energy sharing solution between the newly built house and neighboring houses to share electricity and cooling. A square will also be built in the area, where there is currently a parking lot.

The parking garage will be four stories high with a gross area of 4,500 square meters. It will be built together with the new office building. During construction, a climate-reduced concrete frame is used and there will be a limited use of steel in the construction.

Construction will start shortly and the intention is for the project to be completed in the first half of 2027.
