The office building "Kv. Regndroppen" will encompass eight floors and offer approximately 11,500 square meters of leasable space. Featuring sustainable, flexible, and efficient spaces tailored for modern workplaces, Kv. Regndroppen forms part of Skanska’s vision for the future of construction, where each project takes us one step closer to achieving net-zero climate impact.

Construction work will commence in the first half of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2027.

Skanska Commercial Property Development Malmö has developed several major office projects in Malmö; including Hyllie Terrass in Hyllie as well as Aqua, Epic, and Oas on Universitetsholmen, all of which are part of Skanska's own property portfolio in the business stream Investment Properties.
