Exploitation

Exploitation assignments often span several years and place high demands on a knowledgeable and solution-oriented contractor. It is important to develop the land and surroundings while everyday life for residents and businesses continues.

The growing city

With experience from many customers and municipalities, we know how complex development projects can be. Often, it is older areas that are refined, cleaned up, and developed into more attractive and vibrant places. What once lay on the outskirts of the city is today often a central part of the growing city. An important part of development projects is to build things in the right order, to plan and carry out the projects so that areas do not become unnecessarily long-lasting construction sites. We help customers and municipalities with smart prioritizations and the right work order.

Faith in the future and opportunities

For us at Skanska, development work is about faith in the future and creating new opportunities. Here we build homes for life, and here companies should be able to establish themselves and grow.

Safe and accessible

Minimizing disturbance

Through clear routes, smart logistics, adapted times, and ongoing information, we minimize disruptions from our construction sites and make everyday life safe and accessible for residents, schools, and businesses.

Testing new solutions

We dare to test and evaluate smart solutions. By sharing experience between our units within Skanska, we drive innovation forward and make every project better, more efficient, and more profitable.

Responsibility for adjacent environments

When developing new exploitation areas, it is important to take responsibility for the adjacent environments. The whole must work, and we ensure that both new and existing connect in a good way.

Handling of masses

Exploitation work is about expanding towns or densifying our cities and communities. Handling soil masses and old asphalt requires knowing what you are doing. Mass handling involves everything from sampling to smart elevation setting and mass balancing.
