When applying for a role you will share a range of recruitment related personal data with Skanska. Your personal data may be shared with us directly by you, or via a third party such as your recruitment agency, to enable the recruitment process. Candidate profiles on our recruitment system will be removed after one year of inactivity unless you have opted in to have your information retained for a further 12-months. Successful candidates will have selected recruitment data transferred to their employee personnel file which will be retained in line with our retention policy.
