Digital procurement specialist Pagabo is running the £4.29bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026, its largest infrastructure procurement offering to date.

We have been appointed as a Core Supplier in the Energy, Aviation, Maritime, Nuclear & Defence Lots in various value bands and regions. This could lead to work with a wide range of potential customers including Local Authorities, Combined Authorities, municipal ports, airports, water companies and energy bodies such as EDF and Great British Energy.

The value of projects ranges from £5m to £30m+.

“Securing a place on this framework is a fantastic example of the combined strength we have as a business across large, complex and small civil engineering as well as in piling, ground engineering and steel fabrications,” said Executive Vice President, Terry Muckian.

“We are delighted to have secured a place on this important framework and we’re very much looking forward to working collaboratively with customers on the opportunities it provides.”

The framework will run for a term of four years, which can be used by customers including central and local government, NHS, blue light, housing and education. It’s been created to connect public sector bodies and private organisations with appointed contractors that will collaboratively deliver quality service and value for money outcomes.

David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director, Pagabo said: "The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands."
