New direction
We have created a concept of multifunctional buildings that will be filled with natural light, fresh air, and a friendly, open atmosphere. With modern architecture, we want to attract people who value the comfort of working in exceptional places.
Green surroundings
Cleaner air
In the surroundings of Centrum Południe, we use air-purifying concrete, which reduces the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) dangerous to human health.
Without pesticides
We do not use harmful pesticides or herbicides in green space maintenance – we protect natural ecosystems and care for a healthy, sustainable space around the complex.
Bird-friendly
On the premises of the complex, we installed nesting boxes to provide birds with safe places to nest – supporting urban biodiversity and the balance between people and nature.
Rain gardens
Rain gardens were created as part of the investment, which clean and humidify the air – supporting water retention and the natural cycle in nature.
New center
Powstańców Śląskich Street is one of the most dynamically developing districts of the city, distinguished by a large amount of greenery. Along Centrum Południe stretches one of the longest Linden Avenues in Poland.
In the heart of the city
The location of Centrum Południe is exceptional not only because of the surrounding greenery but also due to the proximity of the Main Station, the old town, and the Market Square. We can get there in just 15 minutes.
For the planet
We save water
The use of a greywater installation allows for the reuse of service water, which can reduce the consumption of drinking water by over 50%.
System freecooling
It uses the cold of external air, which significantly reduces the energy consumption used for cooling rooms.
Energy efficiency
The use of LED lamps on all surfaces reduces electricity consumption by up to 50%, which significantly limits the building's demand for lighting energy.
Towards the sun
The shape of the buildings and the layout of the elevations ensure access to daylight at a level of up to 95%, which positively affects the well-being and productivity of the building users.

The certificate confirms the use of solutions supporting sustainable development, which reduce energy and water consumption and positively impact the environment and user comfort.

Object without Barriers Certificate confirms that Centrum Południe is fully accessible to all users, providing comfortable and safe use of the building for people with disabilities, parents with children, and seniors.
