We are proud that phase Y in Generation Park is our first high-rise building in Poland and at the same time the tallest Skanska office building in the CEE region (140 m).

The complex located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw consists of three buildings, named with the symbols X, Y, Z, referring to successive generations that will live and work together in Wola. IGeneration Park is one of the largest projects of Skanska Property Poland in Central and Eastern Europe, certified at the LEED Platinum level.
The main assumption of the project, designed by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio, was to create a new meeting place tailored to the needs of different generations, arranged in a green passage between three buildings and around the investment. It is an area that has transformed into a modernly designed office district, bustling with life around the clock.
Almost at the very top of the building, on the 35th floor, a terrace filled with plants was made available to employees, from which they can admire the panorama of the capital.

Good connection with other parts of the city makes it easier to come to work by bike – in Generation Park, 187 places for bicycles have been provided, as well as amenities such as a dedicated entrance, bike elevators, and changing rooms and showers for cyclists.
