Bike-friendly

A bike storage room was created in the building with access located right next to the main entrance, as well as a locker room with showers. It can be used by all office employees who commute to work by bike or, for example, go jogging. The office building also provides parking spaces for scooters and scooters.

Exceptional on a European scale

During the construction of P180, for the first time in Central and Eastern Europe, concrete with a reduced carbon footprint was used, which allowed for a 42% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to traditional concrete. Recycled materials and those from local suppliers were also used in the construction. Inside the building, wood with FSC certification guaranteeing that it comes from sustainably managed forests was used, as well as low-emission paints, adhesives, and sealants.
