BoKlok offers smart and affordable homes developed by Skanska. Since its inception in 1996, the concept has grown to nearly 15,000 homes in Sweden and the United Kingdom, all with smart layouts, functional design, and solid material choices. Through efficient construction methods, costs are kept down without compromising quality, resulting in homes that last over time. Since 2024, Skanska is the sole owner of BoKlok and continues to drive the vision of creating a better everyday life through thoughtful homes and related services.
