Bridge and construction engineering
Our designers and planners in bridge and civil engineering possess deep expertise in the design and construction of bridges and facilities – from concept to completed construction documents. Skanska Teknik works on both smaller and larger projects such as bridges, tunnels, ports, and foundations for wind turbines. We contribute specialist knowledge in concrete, foundation engineering, piling, and tunnels, as well as advanced BIM and 3D design for optimized and climate-adapted solutions. Geotechnical
With thoroughly conducted geotechnical investigations, effective solutions are developed for piles, support structures, ground reinforcements, and other technical challenges. Geoconstructors work closely with production to produce safe, production-adapted construction documents with calculations and drawings. For complex projects, advanced numerical analyses are used where deformations and environmental impact are crucial. In the field, we also develop new calculation tools, review external temporary structures, and provide internal training for staff. Our focus is on production-adapted, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
