We engage in the social context of a local area from the start of a construction project until a finished property or an entire neighborhood is completed.
Investigates needs and potentials
We investigate the needs and potentials of the local areas. Whether we build housing, offices, or hotels, we want to support local needs and activities with common rooms, meeting rooms, small coffee bars, open sports facilities, and other opportunities for local experiences.
Activities before, during, and after the construction phase
During the construction phase, we invite neighbors as well as small and large stakeholders to construction site visits. We also take the initiative to gather residents or office workers in activity groups when projects have become properties.
