Skanska's Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct support the group's employees, suppliers, and partners in their daily work and set out the guidelines for the behavior expected of them when working for or with Skanska.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct defines how we do business and helps our employees comply with our values.
The Code of Conduct helps to concretize Skanska's set of values for employees through specific examples of the ethical dilemmas that arise in everyday life, and provides guidelines for how these dilemmas are handled.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Our suppliers and partners must comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Our supplier code of conduct - called Supplier Code of Conduct - sets the standards we expect and applies to all organizations we collaborate with.
Reporting of an offense
Everyone can report to our Code of Conduct Hotline by phone or online.
Information about offenses is handled confidentially and anonymously, and the hotline is managed by an independent, external organization.
