Urban Partners and Skanska are building flexible urban housing in Ørestad

The Danish real estate investor and urban developer Urban Partners has, through the fund NSF V, entered into an agreement with Skanska A/S to develop a project with 210 residences and 143 hotel apartments on Ørestads Boulevard in Copenhagen.

PensionDanmark buys two properties with office and hotel in Copenhagen from the property developer Skanska A/S

PensionDanmark has entered into an agreement with Skanska for the purchase of two properties in Bella Kvarter in Copenhagen. The properties are characterized by stable, long-term tenants and an attractive location with easy access to the motorway and a few meters to the nearest metro station.

Home.Earth buys 12,000 m² residential property in Ørestad from Skanska A/S

Skanska A/S has sold the residential property C.F. Møllers Have in Ørestad in Copenhagen to Home.Earth for 520 million DKK. All 156 apartments in the property are rented out.
