When Capgemini was looking for a new office, it was important that it be in a property that reflects the way the company works and the values it stands for. Hanna Jönsson, who is Nordic Workplace and Project Manager at Capgemini, explains here why CPH Pulse at Havneholmen was the right choice.

Why was CPH Pulse the right choice for Capgemini?

For us, it wasn't just about finding a new office. We wanted a workplace that reflects the way we work and the values we stand for. Sustainability is an important part of Capgemini's strategy, so moving into a building with a strong ESG profile felt like a natural fit. At the same time, we were looking for a modern and attractive workplace where our employees would genuinely enjoy spending time. CPH Pulse offered both.

Skanska was approachable, responsive and genuinely committed to finding practical solutions.

How did you experience the cooperation with Skanska in connection with the move-in?

The collaboration felt very open and solution-oriented from start to finish. A relocation always involves a lot of moving parts, but Skanska was approachable, responsive and genuinely committed to finding practical solutions when challenges came up. What I appreciated most was the sense that we were working towards the same goal rather than working on opposite sides of a project.

What stands out to me is the atmosphere. The building feels bright, welcoming and designed around people.

What do you think of the day-to-day work environment you have gained in the new building?

What stands out to me is the atmosphere. The building feels bright, welcoming and designed around people rather than just desks and square meters. We have a good mix of spaces that support different ways of working, whether you need to focus, collaborate or meet clients. It's the kind of environment that makes coming into the office feel worthwhile.

How can having an office in a building like CPH Pulse be part of your company's image and storytelling?

The office is often one of the first physical experiences people have with our brand, whether they are employees, clients or potential candidates. Being located in a modern building with a solid ESG profile sends a strong signal about who we are and what we care about. It supports the story we want to tell: that we are a forward-looking company that invests in both our people and more sustainable solutions.

It's a location that helps make the workplace more attractive and accessible.

What does the location at Havneholmen mean to Capgemini?

The location gives us the best of both worlds. It's easy to reach, well connected and close to the city, which is important for both employees and clients. At the same time, the waterfront setting creates a pleasant environment around the office. It's a location that helps make the workplace more attractive and accessible.

People enjoy being in the office and are proud of it!

What are the three best things about having moved to CPH Pulse?

1. The work environment and overall employee experience. People enjoy being in the office and are proud of it!

2. The sustainability profile, which aligns well with our company values and ambitions.

3. The location, which makes it easy to connect with colleagues, clients and partners while offering a great setting for everyday work.

4. I may be wrong to choose four, but I also wanted to highlight the excellent on-site canteen.
