For years we have consistently reduced our environmental impact. Our goal is to implement low-emission construction in all our projects and ultimately achieve net zero emissions by 2045.

Our actions towards sustainable development

Designing for longer life and lower impact

Smart design and planning enable improved material efficiency and lower embodied carbon. Extending the lifespan of existing buildings and infrastructure through renovation and refurbishment optimizes resource use and reduces emissions compared with new construction. Meanwhile, we are increasingly using low-carbon concrete, supported by life cycle assessments and mandatory EPDs to reduce embodied carbon without compromising technical performance.
