Our graduate programme

A two-year development scheme that fast-tracks professionals through structured placements on real construction and infrastructure projects.

Gain on‑the‑job experience, formal training and clear progression pathways while working on high‑profile projects that reflect our safety‑first and sustainability values.


Supported by your line manager and experienced mentors, you’ll set meaningful development goals and be guided towards chartership.

Apprenticeship levels

Level 2-3

For those with existing qualifications (like GCSEs) or experience. Offers deeper training and more responsibility. Gain Level 2–3 qualifications with support to progress to Level 4. Roles include Painter & Decorator, Business Administrator, and Mechanical & Electrical Building Maintenance Technician.

Level 4

Applicants with A‑levels or Level 3 qualifications (e.g. BTECs or T‑Levels) can access a foundation‑degree equivalent with practical work and higher‑level study. Completion enables progression to a Level 6 apprenticeship. Roles include M&E Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.

Level 6

For those with A‑Levels, Level 3 qualifications (BTECs or T‑Levels), or relevant work experience. These university‑level apprenticeships allow you to earn a degree while working, combining academic learning with hands‑on project experience. Roles include Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

Submit your CV and answer a few of our basic screening questions.

Online assessments and video interview

Short online assessments, answering two motivational questions.

Assessment centre

You’ll be invited to meet the team, experience the environment, ask questions, and complete a group exercise, presentation, and interview.

Feedback and offer

We’ll let you know the outcome within 7-10 working days from attending an Assessment Centre and offer you some feedback.
