The Group

Our value foundation serves as a compass for the way we conduct business. The values cut across the group's markets and consist of four areas.

Skanska is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange and has approximately 87,000 shareholders. The headquarters are in Stockholm, but the majority of the approximately 26,000 employees work outside Sweden.

We strive to conduct business at a high ethical level in all our markets. The Code of Conduct helps to ensure this.

Skanska in Denmark is part of the business unit Commercial Development Nordic, which develops offices, housing, shopping centers, and logistics in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Skanska has activities in 11 countries in the Nordics, Europe, and the USA. The activities cover construction and civil engineering and the development of housing, commercial properties, and infrastructure.
