Through proactive collaboration with our clients and stakeholders, we are shaping a more sustainable construction industry. We develop innovative solutions that benefit people and the environment, and tailor the best possible solutions for each project.

Our target for emissions from our own development projects by 2030.
Our target for emissions from our own operations (Scope 1 & 2) by 2030.
The majority of our emissions are generated in the value chain (Scope 3), with materials production being the main source.
In 2025, we significantly reduced emissions from our own operations compared to 2015 levels. Only around 2.5% of our total emissions now came from Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
In addition to our own ambitious sustainability targets, we also help our clients achieve their environmental goals.

Cost‑efficient construction
Energy and material efficiency are, from every environmental perspective, the best solution. When resource management is systematic and expert‑driven, costs are also lower.
Lower waste costs
When waste management at construction sites is well organized, the amount of costly mixed waste is kept to a minimum, resulting in lower overall costs.
Lower lifecycle costs
When materials are durable, there is less need for repairs. Energy‑efficient systems and well‑functioning recycling practices help reduce maintenance and operating costs.
Long-term value
Energy efficiency and environmental certifications increase property value. Sustainable solutions can extend the service life of buildings and reduce repair and maintenance costs.
