We develop hotels in selected locations with good local environments, excellent public transport, and close to the city center.
We have developed hotels in Ørestad and in our own business area Scanport near Amager Strandpark.
Copenhagen is a fantastic city, which more and more tourists are discovering. We see great potential in hotels built near the inner city, but in areas with their own identity and local surroundings, such as in our own business area Scanport with its own marina right next to The Blue Planet and Amager Beach Park.
We build hotels of high quality with a focus on efficient operation.
Our hotels will be certified at least to DGNB Gold.
We create the hotels together with skilled architects and good partners. In this way, we ensure that the hotels hit the mark in terms of design and the guests' needs.
By placing hotels in attractive local areas close to the airport, motorway, metro, and train as well as bike paths, it is ensured that guests experience easy access to the hotel and city.
