It is us who are behind most of the properties on Havneholmen. We have also built a number of offices in Ørestad, at Kalvebod Brygge, and Scanport, which is our own business area with a marina and a view over the Øresund.

Our office buildings will be certified to at least DGNB Gold.

1. We listen to you
We listen to your needs. We are curious to know where you are headed. Tell us about your visions, business strategy, and brand. Together we will make a plan for the process and timeline based on whether we are talking about new construction or a lease in an existing office building.
2. You get an overview
We help you specify wishes into concrete possibilities, floor plans, and interior solutions. You gain an overview of your needs for location, size, layout, environmental profile, architecture, and total economy.
3. You receive a concept and a lease contract
Together we decide whether you should be part of a multi-user building or are best suited to your own premises. Architects, engineers, and interior specialists are involved, and together with you we create a concept for your new office. After this, we can enter into a lease agreement.
4. We remodel or build new
You can usually move into an existing office building within six months from the lease agreement being signed. If we first have to build an office building for you, you can expect to move in one or two years after the lease agreement is signed.
5. You move in
Offices can be furnished in many ways. We provide an overview of furnishing types and can help assemble a team of internal and external collaborators. You receive a lease in a smooth process, where we maintain ongoing dialogue about solutions to the challenges that you will almost certainly experience when you move to a new office.
6. You get a good new everyday life
When you have moved in, the dialogue with us continues. It can be about operations, administration, maintenance, regular service checks, and how we together create the best everyday life for you in the new surroundings.
