We develop housing in Greater Copenhagen of high quality, centrally located and to the benefit of the residents.
We have developed over 1,500 homes in, among others, Ørestad, Havneholmen, Amager Strand, and Herlev.
We develop homes with a focus on quality and sustainable solutions. Together with our customers and partners, we develop construction and residential areas that are adapted to future lifestyles.
We build quality homes with low energy consumption and good indoor climate.
Our homes will be certified at a minimum to DGNB Gold.
We create our residential properties together with some of the country's most skilled architects and contractors, who understand the residents' need for more than just a home. We understand the need for social interaction, community houses, and recreational areas.
We are involved in the entire value chain from land purchase, design, planning, construction, rental, operation, and sale. The entire process takes place in close collaboration with our customers and partners, which provides long-term security and coherence.
